Brian is the founder and owner of, Lytle Title & Escrow, LLC, is a Virginia licensed, insured, and bonded real estate settlement company doing business as Lytle Title. With two offices in Newport News, Virginia, it primarily serves the Virginia Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, York County, James City County and Williamsburg), but also regularly serves surrounding areas, to include Suffolk, Isle of Wight, Gloucester and the greater Tidewater, Virginia area.

Lytle Title is committed to using ground-breaking technology in order to provide great service and keep costs down. We are the first company in the area to deploy Transaction Point, an online transaction tracking system that allows clients, agents, and lenders to view closing documents and status online, any time, day, or night. We are the first settlement company in the area to provide clients with copies of their closing documents electronically with the Lytle Title Documents on Disk, which allows clients to archive and retrieve their documents conveniently.
